DN-5b Strategies for Simplifying Food Service: Saving Time and Money Laura Marchan, a respected consultant specializing in group feeding for childcare programs, will be leading an in-person training session designed to help you meet licensing regulations and support children’s nutritional needs efficiently and without unnecessary waste. In this session, you’ll learn how small, practical adjustments can save money, reduce stress, and keep both children and parents satisfied. Laura, based in New Orleans, has provided training and consultation services across the state and brings a wealth of hands-on experience. A separate flyer will be shared soon with details about an optional private consultation opportunity.
